स्वामी विवेकानंद राजकीय मॉडल विद्यालय सूरतगढ़ में कक्षा 6 से 8 में प्रवेश लेने वाले इच्छुक के लिए रिक्त सीटों के विरुद्ध आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित किए जाते है। Registration Form विद्यालय समय में निःशुल्क प्राप्त किये जा सकते हैं अथवा विद्यालय की वेबसाइट से डाउनलोड किये जा सकते हैं।
